We stayed for a couple of nights, and Jasmine was super friendly at check-in! The location was on point for all our sightseeing. But dang, the room wasn't cleaned well. Found some mystery stuff in the shower and the fridge had a half-drunk bottle of water. Breakfast was just a sad granola bar situation.

My TV was broken when I checked in, and the front desk staff treated me rudely when I reported it. I was disturbed by loud screaming in the hallway, which made it impossible to sleep. The maintenance crew barged into my room before check-out, insisting they had to fix the TV.
